About the state of communication

We have received many reports of “communication problems,” “operation lag,” and “image delays” during playback. For example

The lag in operation was so severe that I could not aim as I wanted to.
The image is stopped or distorted.
The reservation was skipped, or I was kicked out of the booth...etc.

Even if you are using the recommended operating environment, the operation of this service may become unstable due to slowdowns in connection speeds or other factors.
We will post information on the communication environment so that you can understand the communication conditions before using the service and play in a comfortable environment.

(1) Line speed: 30 Mbps or higher (minimum)
(2) Ping value: 29ms or less (this greatly affects operation lag and video delay)
(3) Jitter value: 10ms or less (affects communication stability)

The lower the values of (2) and (3), the less lag and the more stable the communication.

We receive inquiries such as “I am connected to Wi-Fi” or “The signal was indicated as good”, but please check the above values as well.
You can check your connection speed by searching for “Internet speed test” or “speed test”.

Notes

  • Measured values will vary depending on the time of day you use the service. If the measured values are not good during the time you play, we recommend that you play after the values improve. (The values will also vary depending on your residential area and communication facilities.)
  • If you play near a place that emits electromagnetic waves, the operation may become unstable rapidly. (e.g. playing while using a microwave oven)
  • If multiple devices are connected to the same network environment, each connection may become unstable due to the load. (Please check the manual or specifications of the device you are using.)
  • When using free Wi-Fi (public), please be aware that there is a very high possibility of unstable operation due to signal interference, congestion, or temporary malfunctions caused by the large number of devices connected to the Wi-Fi router.
  • We may not be able to provide compensation for malfunctions caused by the customer's usage environment if the malfunction cannot be confirmed by the service. Please understand this in advance.
