I can no longer log in with a linked account
Answer
(1) Please try logging in with your email address and password.
(2) If you do not know your e-mail address and password, please reset your password from "Forgot your password?" At the bottom of the login screen.
Since resetting can only be used for already registered e-mail addresses, you can also check your e-mail address.
(3) If you do not know your e-mail address, please try resetting the password in (2) with the e-mail address registered in the linked account.
(4) If you still cannot log in, please contact us using the inquiry form linked below.
