Redeliveries are prizes that have been returned to GiGO ONLINE CRANE due to non-deliverable shipments (in such cases where the prizes have surpassed the package holding period at local shipping companies/offices).
These returned prizes can be delivered again for a fee through our redelivery service as long as it is still during the prize retention period.

*Redelivery Fee: 2,000SPs (Within Japan)/3,000SPs (Outside Japan)
