The staff is constantly walking around and checking the machines, but if the prize does not appear in your Acquired Prize list, please contact us using the inquiry form. We will double-check and add it to your list.

Now, we will not be able to handle inquiries that occur more than twenty-four hours after the prize was acquired, so please contact us as soon as possible.
