Answer
There may be times when it takes time for SPs to be reflected in your account.
If you charge your SPs and they do not appear, please try the following.
- Open the Charge Menu, tap the purchased amount again, and restart the app.
If that doesn’t help, please contact us with the following information.

- Time and amount of payment/The device you used/Charge method We will check and handle your inquiry.
